You do not create an account and the game sends nothing to us. Your shop, recipes and progress stay on your device. Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and achievements by Game Center or Google Play Games. No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
1.Who we are
Potion Lab is developed and published by AKG Interactive, an independent game studio. For any question about this policy, write to support@akginteractive.com.
2.Personal data we collect
None. The game does not collect or send us your name, email address, location, contacts or advertising ID. It contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
3.Data stored on your device
Your saved game (shop, recipe book, map, customers, level), your settings and whether you own the full game are stored on your device only. Deleting the game deletes them. Your device's own backup (iCloud or Google) may include them; that backup is controlled by you.
4.Purchases
The full game is a one-time in-app purchase processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. The store only confirms the purchase so the game can be unlocked and restored.
5.Achievements: Game Center and Google Play Games
On iPhone and iPad the game can use Apple Game Center, and on Android Google Play Games Services, to track your 15 achievements. If you are signed in, Apple or Google shares your player ID and profile with the game and stores your achievement progress under their own privacy policies. Nothing is sent to a server of ours, and the game works fully without signing in.
6.Store rating prompt
The game may occasionally show the standard Apple or Google rating prompt. The rating is handled by the store; we cannot see whether or how you rated.
7.Children
Potion Lab is suitable for all ages. Because the game collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.
8.Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK give you the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Because we hold no record of you on any server of ours, there is nothing to access or delete on our side. Data kept by Google or Apple can be managed in your Google or Apple account.
9.Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date before the change takes effect.
