Privacy policy for Dohyo Derby

You do not create an account. Your garage and progress stay on your device. Online 1v1 matches are connected through Photon; your nickname is shown to your opponent during the match only. No ads, no analytics, no real-money purchases.
1.Who we are
Dohyo Derby is developed and published by AKG Interactive, an independent game studio. For any question about this policy, write to support@akginteractive.com.
2.Personal data we collect
None. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or advertising ID, and the game contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and no real-money purchases.
3.Data stored on your device
Your coins, liveries, upgrades, daily missions and settings are stored on your device only. Deleting the game deletes them.
4.Online 1v1 matches (Photon)
Online matches are connected through Photon, a multiplayer service of Exit Games GmbH (Germany). To run a match, Photon's servers process your device's IP address and connection data, as any online service must. The nickname you choose is sent to your opponent for that match only and is not stored by us. There is no free text chat; players can only send preset emoji.
Photon's processing is governed by the Photon privacy policy. If you never play online, the game never connects to Photon.
5.Game Center
On iPhone the game can use Apple Game Center if you are signed in. Game Center data is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
6.Children
Dohyo Derby is not directed at children under 13. Online play is limited to a nickname and preset emoji, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
7.Your rights
Laws such as the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK give you the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. Because we hold no record of you on any server of ours, there is nothing to access or delete on our side. Data kept by Google or Apple can be managed in your Google or Apple account.
8.Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date before the change takes effect.
